Preschool

Noah’s Ark is our preschool ministry which serves children from birth through kindergarten. The Bible is taught in a creative, fun way so that the child is eager to learn more.

Our volunteers shepherd the hearts of children by using songs, puppets, games and crafts that compliment their Bible lessons. Our desire is to help parents with the spiritual education of their child as they walk through the different stages of life.

Welcome to Noah’s Ark Preschool Ministry!

Noah’s Ark exists to help lay a Biblical foundation for children (infant through kindergarten) that leads them to Christ and grows them spiritually. Our preschool ministry offers special Sunday worship services for young children in this age group.

We teach children through fun activities such as drama, interactive music, Bible stories and creative crafts. Our volunteers enjoy teaching children the truths of the Bible. They impress upon the children the fact that just as God had a plan for the characters of the Bible, He has a special plan and purpose for each of them.

We have made available for download our Good Health Guidelines for Preschoolers.

A preschool volunteer family is in place each session for Bible teaching, creative crafts, interactive drama and songs. A security paging system is made available to our parents as well.

Our Preschool Schedule

Sunday School — 9:15–10:30 AM

Preschool Church (2-yr-olds through kindergarten) — 8:00 AM and 10:45 AM
Worship through music and a Bible story with related activities

Extended Session (birth through age 2) — 8:00 AM and 10:45 AM

Our volunteers are active members of the church. All workers must meet applicable requirements and be willing to follow preschool policies.

Lifeway curriculum is used with the spiritual teaching of our children.

Baby Blessing

7 months into the pregnancy a Baby Blessing can be done with mom and dad and whomever mom invites. Mom can choose the time either after a Sunday morning or evening service. Wednesday evening is available as well. The baby blessing is a prayer time from family and friends for the labor and delivery; siblings that will be part of the baby's life, for baby's 1st year, for the school years, for your child's spiritual growth, for the teenage and college years, and even for your child's future spouse.

A personalized certificated signed by everyone attending the baby blessing; a signed and sealed letter from Pastor Cliff, which talks about God's perfect plan and offers important encouragement during such a pivotal time in your child's life. The letter is to be opened only on the child's 18th birthday.

Baby Dedication

After baby is born, Pastor Cliff Mayton will do a Sunday morning baby dedication which is usually at the end of the service. This is a time for introducing the new baby and for parents to commit in raising their child in Godly nurture. New testament given. Scheduling necessary.
